The site is approximately 0.5 miles west of Delta, CO, on the immediate western edge of the city
limits. The property is bounded by the North Fork of the Gunnison River, the Uncompaghre River,
and the Union Pacific Railroad. A legal description is shown on Map C-1 which is included in
