This decision will become <br />final at the close of the thirty (30) day public comment period, which commences with the initial <br />publication in the San Miguel Basin Forum. A copy of the proposed decision and written <br />findings is enclosed. <br /> <br />SL-21 is proposing to release the C-18 ditch on the Staats property from Phase I, II and III bond <br />liability. As provided by Rule 3.03.2(6), should you object to the Division's proposed decision, <br />you may request an adjudicatory hearing. <br /> <br />If you have questions or need of additional information, please contact me. <br />
