The report was received by the Division on February 21, 2019, (an electronic copy was <br />received earlier). <br />a. Name: Terror Creek Loadout <br />Address: PO Box 535, Somerset, CO 81434 <br />Permit #: C1983059 <br /> <br />b. 0 acres were disturbed during 2018 <br /> <br />c. 0 acres were backfilled and graded during 2018 <br /> <br />d. 0 acres were topsoiled during 2018 <br /> <br />e. 0 acres were seeded during 2018 <br /> <br />f. No maps were enclosed with the 2018 report <br /> <br />2. Weeds identified as requiring control during 2018 were whitetop (Cardaria draba). <br />Oxbow sprayed disturbed areas with Crossbow herbicide, which is manufactured by <br />Helena Chemical and approved for use in Colorado. Crossbow is described as “a non- <br />selective post-emergent herbicide that targets woody plants and brush such as <br />blackberries and poison oak, as well as annual and perennial broadleaves, while leaving <br />grasses unharmed”, and is a mixture of 2,4-D and triclopyr.
