The application was deemed complete on <br />April 3, 2019. <br /> <br />TR-27 is proposing to reconfigure the lower footprint of the existing refuse pile at the King I Mine <br />and recontouring some of the original existing ‘pre-law’ highwalls. The applicant is not proposing <br />additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder, 98 Everett Street, Suite C, <br />Durango, CO 81303 and at the Division’s Denver office.
