The photos were taken on 3/25/2019 and reviewed in the Denver office by Tabetha Lynch of <br />the Division on 4/2/2018. The weather appears clear and the site was snow covered. No operation or reclamation <br />activites were observed from this inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The Rail Loop Pond and the Train Loop Pond were snow covered and no issues were noted. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE <br /> Roads appear well maintained. It does not appear reclamation activities are occurring. It does not appear <br />there has been additional work to the parking lot south of Hwy 40. The tracks crossing highway 40 are still in <br />place as are the wetlands. <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) <br /> <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
