All impoundment inspections
were conducted by a qualified impoundment inspector. Inspections took place on February 25 of 2019.
There were no maintenance items that need to be check/replaced.
There were four new sediment ponds constructed in 2018: Deal#2, Deacon#1, Deacon#2 and Jeffway
#1. All four of these ponds were added to the inspection. A sediment markers needs to be installed at all
four ponds. They will be installed as soon as weather conditions improve.
Data related to pond capacity is attached. The last column on the table provides an estimate of the
remaining capacity in each pond where remaining capacity is defined as the volume remaining after
considering the estimated amount of sediment noted during the inspections.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
p,RIE ,p•°cl'
1
43864
Z-.
:
Tonia Marie Perkins ? •3 /•`:\
CO PE 43864 °
C.F.Luke/EQ file 118.7 / N pVE``\,\\i
P.O.
