The report covers the period from September through
December 2018. The Discharge Monitoring Report was received by the Division on 15 March
2018.

Trapper submits the DMRs to the Division quarterly in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii).
Trapper reported that three outfalls discharged during the quarter; outfalls 001, 002 and 011.
Trapper reported that no primary effluent limitations were exceeded during the quarter. TDS
values for the active outfalls were reported.

All outfalls have been properly maintained and no ponds exceeded the 60% threshold for sediment
accumulation.

The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please contact me.

Sincerely,

Robin Reilley, M.S. GISP
Environmental Protection Specialist
