Air operation that qualifies for a I I I(1)(b) <br /> Reclamation Permit must be clearly defined, of short duration and scope, affect no more than 30 acres, and not employ material <br /> processing activities typically associated with mining operations. If you plan to conduct a one-time operation which meets these <br /> criteria, please follow the instructions provided in this package, in the Mineral Rules and Regulations, and in the Colorado <br /> Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials, as required. <br /> FILING REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Fxtraction of Construction Materials("Aci"), Section 34-32.5-101,et se .,C.R.S., <br /> the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for he Extraction of Construction Materials <br /> ("Rules" or"Regulations"), 2 CCR 407-1, and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation oard('Board")regulate the permitting, <br /> operational and reclamation requirements for all construction material extraction operatio s in Colorado. It is your obligation to <br /> comply with the Act and Rules.
