KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned grantor, for a good
and valuable consi eration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, here-
by grants to ARKAN S VALLEY G. & T., INC., a cooperative corporation, its
successors and assigns, the right, privilege and easement to.construct, re-
pair, replace, oper to and maintain its lines for the transmission of elec-
trical energy inclu ing the necessary steel towers, poles, wires, guys, stubs
and other fixtures,l over, under, across and upon the following tract of land
rtow owned by the un ersigned in the County of Crowley , State of
Colorado:
In the Si of the SWJ o Section 13 and in the NE'of the NW4 of Section 24, T. 22 S.,
R. 58 W., 6th P.M., be ng a strip 100 feet in width the centerline of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of said Section 13, said point being 754 feet
north of the SW corner of said Section 13;
1) Thence S 67' 24' E a distance of 2860 feet, more or less, to the east line
of said NE4 of the M14, said point being 309 feet south of the NE corner of
said NE4 of that NW4.
TOGETHER with the r:�gght of ingress and egress over and across the lands of
the grantor to and- from the above-described property, the right to clear
and keep cleared allltrees and other obstructions as may be necessary and
the right to permit �ther utility companies to use the right of way jointly
with grantee for the'r utility purposes.
The Grantor reserves the right to occupy, use and cultivate said prop-
erty for all purposes not inconsistent with the rights herein granted.
