After an area has been successfully eradicated of noxious species or before establishment <br /> has taken place, either revegetate the disturbed area to minimize the chance of noxious <br /> weed establishment or promote a more active inspection program to maintain the bare <br /> ground conditions. If the disturbed land has desired species growing as a result of <br /> revegetation efforts, competition with noxious species will increase.
