See list below.

HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05
Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;
Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13;
Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18:
Low levels of water (including ice and snow) were observed in the two ponds. Neither pond was discharging
during the inspection. No problems were observed with the two ponds.

RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3:
The small undisturbed area (Area D) within reclamation Area 24, was inspected and it appeared that there has
been no disturbance in this area. It looks very similar to the larger undisturbed area to the west.

No problems with Area 34 were seen. Nor were problems seen with the small slivers of land next to the south end
of 34. These areas have been Phase III released but left in the permit area by CEC to simplify the legal description
of the boundary.

No erosion or other problems were identified with any reclaimed areas.
