(the "Act"), as amended, <br /> provides that no permit may b issued under the Act until the Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") receives a <br /> Financial Warranty(or Warranties)as described in the Act. <br /> WHEREAS, Schmidt Construction Company (the"Operator"),a Michigan <br /> corporation,has applied for a permit to cg11duct a mining operation known as t7UJA FR I (the <br /> "Operation"),on certain lands in _EL County,Colorado.
