 1E!
1EADTMIX
CONCRETE
March 11, 2019
PO BOX 299
LOVELAND, CO 80539 Mathew Tilley and Jayme Patrick Tilley
2902 Park Avenue
OFFICE 970.667.2680 PO Box 657
FAX 970.667.0036 LaPorte, CO 80535-0657
RE: Loveland Ready-Mix Concrete, Inc.
Knox Pit M2017-036
Mr. and Mrs.Tilley,
This letter provides information regarding the installation of the reverse french drain
adjacent to your property,as promised in our correspondence dated November 12,
2018, along with an update of our current construction schedule.
Telesto Solutions, Inc has prepared the calculations and design of the reverse french
drain to be installed on LRM's property adjacent to your fence line. The design and
calculations are attached with this letter and include the size, length and depth of the
drain to be installed and specifications for construction of the drain.
LRM has started the NFCWD water line relocation project. We anticipate the water line
adjacent to your property and the reverse french drain will be installed within the next 4
weeks.
As stated in our correspondence dated November 12, 2018:
1. If monitoring shows that your Water Well level has fallen below the DRMS
stipulated trigger point this will be considered significant draw down. The drain
can be used to raise the groundwater table until groundwater levels return to
their predetermined historical level.
2. If monitoring shows the groundwater level has risen to the DRMS stipulated
trigger point this will be considered significant mounding. This drain can be
used to lower the groundwater table until the permanent drain around the lined
mining cell has been reevaluated, adjusted and is working properly.
3. LRM will continue to measure groundwater levels in the monitoring well
adjacent to your property, monthly, and will immediately contact you if any
problems are detected. We will continue to monitor wells on your property
when allowed.
