EXHIBIT S PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br /> The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the disturbed area. All <br /> structures are shown on Map C-L Landowner boundaries can also be found on Map C-1. <br /> Structure agreements will be provided to the Division as they are acquired. All structure owners <br /> have been notified of the applicant's desire to establish these agreements, and proof of those <br /> notifications are attached. In the event that a structure agreement was unobtainable, see the <br /> Geotechnical Stability Exhibit. <br /> Below is a general list of the structures within 200 feet of the affected area boundary. A detailed <br /> table of these structures and their ownership can be seen on Map C-1. <br /> 1. Structures and gravel drives to the east of the site. <br /> a. Seethe table of structure ownership on Map C-1. <br /> 2. Wells to the east and on the property <br /> a. See ownership details on Map C-1. <br /> 3. Xcel power line across the site,to be rerouted. <br /> 4. Xcel gas line through the site, to be rerouted. <br /> 5. Town of Empire sewage treatment facility north of the site located on the north side of <br /> the West Fork of Clear Creek. <br /> 6. US-40 <br /> 7. Westbound Ramp to I-70 (CR-257) <br /> 8. West Mountain Avenue (private gravel drive) <br /> A 200-foot buffer between excavation and the Xcel utility lines will be maintained until an <br /> agreement with Xcel Energy is reached regarding appropriate setbacks. Once a utility movement <br /> plan is in place with Xcel, a technical revision will be submitted to the Division containing this <br /> agreement and plan. <br /> February 2019 S-1 <br />
