2. Mining Timetable
The following timetable is a best estimate of the sequence of operations for the life of the mine
after April 2018. Estimates are based on mining and selling 1 million tons of total product per
year:
Table D-1 Mining Timetable
Description Mining Time Material Quantity
Initial mining of the site. Production 2018-2020 1500000 Tons
ramp up as the pit comes online.
Mining and reclamation under full 2020-2029 9000000 Tons
operation. Mining proceeds north
and west from the initial cut in the
southeast corner of the site
Final reclamation of the site. 2029-2031 4000000 Tons
Revegetation of last portions of
disturbed ground and removal of all
portable equipment from the site.
Two years of vegetation monitoring
prior to release of bond.
Total 20 Years 10,500,000 Tons
The mining schedule is planned to minimize disturbance by reclaiming areas as additional
mining is undertaken. Note: if large contracts are awarded to the site, production could increase
to the permit maximum, thereby curtailing the life of the pit. On the other hand, if contracts are
less than anticipated, the life of the pit could be extended. This table is based on a reasonable
projection of average production rates.
No phasing is planned for this operation. Once mining in the initial area has reached full depth,
mining will then progress outward to the north and to the west. Map C-2A shows a snapshot of
the operation at what is estimated to be the five year mark. Map C-2B shows the site fully mined
out.
3. Mine Facilities and Operation
The site will contain the below listed facilities. Where applicable, it is noted if a facility is
portable and whether it will have any fuel storage associated with it.
DMR Gnx Izwkki&ad Amocietm MA.('
February 2019 D-5
