The <br /> permit documents, including narrative, maps, and attachments, address each of these categories <br /> fully. Concerns and objections outside of the jurisdiction of DRMS should be raised with the <br /> appropriate agency or authority. <br /> All land use, land planning, community impact(i.e. noise, aesthetics, etc.) are the jurisdiction of <br /> the County of Clear Creek. The applicant has, and will continue,to work through the county land <br /> use process to address all of these concerns. <br /> 1.6 Public Notice <br /> 3. As required by Rules ].6.2(d)and].6.5(2),please submit proof of publication in a <br /> newspaper ofgeneral circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operation. <br /> See the attached proof of publication. <br /> 4. As required by Rule 1.6.2(e),please submit proof of the notice to all owners of record of <br /> surface and mineral rights of the affected land and the owners of record of all land surface <br /> within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land including all easement holders located <br /> on the affected land and within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice <br /> may be return receipts of a Certified Mailing or by proof of personal service. <br /> a. The Applicant provided proof of Certified Mail Receipts for the outbound <br /> notice letters by email to the Division on November 16, 2018. Please provide <br /> the Division with the return receipts for the Certified Mailings. <br /> A copy of all received certified mail return receipts are attached to this response. <br /> Exhibit C -Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br /> 5.
