1. Please add the climate data referenced above and collected since 1980 as well as the following <br />data to the permit from 2005 through 2018. Please provide DBMS with these revised pages. <br />a) Mean monthly precipitation <br />b) Ave direction and velocity ofprevailing winds <br />c) Mean monthly temp and temperature ranges <br />Rule: 2.05.3 (4) Operation Plan <br />This rule comprises ponds, impoundments and other treatment facilities. Design plans and maps, certified <br />by an engineer must be submitted for each hydrologic structure. Certified as builts' are included in the <br />permit, a conceptual design and analysis for sediment storage and pond capacity was presented. SedCad <br />modeling for the certain pond systems exists in the permit. <br />This information is found in Section II.C., the Hydrologic Section of the permit. <br />This section of the permit adequately meets the requirements of this rule. <br />Information for the assessment of the Hydrologic impacts of the structure. <br />This information is found in Section II.C.5, the Hydrologic Section of the permit document and appeared <br />adequate. <br />This section of the permit adequately meets the requirements of this rule <br />Analysis of subsidence potential. This information is found in sections II.C.5, III.A.7.c, III.A.7.1 and <br />III.A.7.j. <br />This portion of the rule appeared adequately addressed in the permit. <br />Description of operational and maintenance requirements for each structure and timetable to remove <br />structure. <br />This section of the permit adequately meets the requirements of this rule with the exception of <br />DRMS was not able to locate a timetable for pond and associated structure removal. <br />2.
