Permit: C1981-010 <br />Sediment Pond Inspections DRMS Review 2018 Quarter 1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Perkins: <br /> <br />Thank you for your prompt submittal of the Trappers quarterly pond inspections. The Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (The Division) has reviewed the above referenced report detailing capacity data <br />and inspection observations received by the Division on 26 March 2018. Inspections were conducted by TMI on 15 <br />and 17 February 2018. One maintenance items was identified during the inspection. <br /> <br />This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rules 4.05.9. Discharging ponds comprised <br />the: <br /> <br />o No Name system o Johnson Gulch system o East Pyeatt #1 and #2 <br /> <br />discharging at a rate of less than 1 cubic foot/ second. <br /> <br /> <br />Kind Regards, <br /> Robin Reilley, M.S.
