The deadline for a decision on AM -1 is hereby extended by 90 days to May 21, <br />2019. <br />Colorado Milling Company, LLC shall submit all materials for AM -1 in an <br />approvable form no later than one week prior to the decision date, by May 14, 2019, to <br />allow the Division sufficient time to review the materials and calculate the required <br />financial warranty. <br />The suspended portion of the civil penalty imposed in the Board's October 30, <br />2017 Order, in the amount of $2,750, is due in full within 30 days of the application date <br />if the Colorado Milling Company, LLC fails to obtain Division approval of AM -1 by May <br />21, 2019. <br />DONE AND ORDERED this 6th day of March 2019. <br />FOR THE COLORADO MINED LAND <br />RECLAMATION BOARD <br />Lauren Duncan, Chair <br />NOTICE OF JUDICIAL REVIEW RIGHTS <br />This order becomes effective and final upon mailing.
