EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br /> Rule 6.3.4 (Starts on Page 139 of the Rules) <br /> The purpose of the Reclamation Plan is to describe the timing, procedures, criteria and materials that will be <br /> used to reclaim the affected land to the proposed post-mining land use. Reclamation is required for all affected <br /> lands. This plan must be correlated to Exhibit E-Map. <br /> 1) Primary future (Post-mining)land use(check one): <br /> Cropland(CR) M Pastureland(PL) General Agriculture (GA) <br /> Rangeland(RL) Forestry (FR) nV Wildlife Habitat(WL) <br /> Residential(RS) Recreation(RC) -a Industrial/Commercial (IC) <br /> Please provide a general description of how the mined area will be Reclaimed: <br /> 2) Mined areas willa backfilled with stockpiled waste rock.Topsoil will be replaced, graded and drill <br /> seeded with zone 4 mix at a rate of 2 tons acre and packed down.Then covered with ay mu c . <br /> 3) What will the final grade of the reclaimed slopes (Horizontal:Vertical): 6 H: 1 V <br /> (Note: If the Applicant proposes slopes steeper than 3H: 1 V(example 1 H:1 V, 211: 1 V, etc.),please <br /> include a justification: <br /> a.
