The Financial Warranty of $72,184.00 as required for Option 2 was not submitted. Financial <br /> Warranty Corporate Surety on Bureau of Land Management Lands enclosed. <br /> 4. Legal Right to Enter not provided from the Land Owner(s) to Mule Creek Gravel, LLC. <br /> 5. Structure Agreements not provided.
