DRMS response: This item remains outstanding at this time. DRMS has <br /> also reached out to Colorado Parks and Wildlife in an attempt to obtain the <br /> required statement. <br /> Response: <br /> We sent the CDPW a wildlife statement for their review by certified mail. To date we <br /> have not received a reply. <br /> Exhibit L—Rule 6.3.12.Permanent Man-Made Structures: <br /> 15. In accordance with 6.3.12,please provide information sufficient information to <br /> demonstrate that the stability of any structures located within two hundred(200) <br /> feet of the operation or affected and will not be adversely affected. <br /> c. Applicant Response: Please see previous response dated February 7,2019. <br /> d. DRMS Response: The applicant only submitted one structure agreement for <br /> historic Old Town Mine Road between Venture Resources, Inc. and Old Town <br /> Mine, LLC However, Exhibit L indicates there are four additional owners of this <br /> road. Please either submit completed structure agreements for the road with all <br /> of the owners or provide information sufficient to demonstrate that the stability of <br /> the road will not be adversely affected. <br /> Response: <br /> We have revised Exhibit L to clarify the proposed Old Town Waste Rock pile will be <br /> removed without excavation into the original topography to any significant extent. The <br /> intent of the removal operation is to take only the waste rock. There may be some minor, <br /> inadvertent removal of natural material during the final or last level of waste rock <br /> removal. The underlying material is not ore bearing material. Its removal will not yield <br /> any of the gold, silver, lead or zinc which may be found in the overlying waste rock. <br /> 2 <br />
