<br />Source described under AIRS IDs: 190, 191, 192, 193 (Facility
<br />Equip. No: 5301, 5302, 5303, 5304) were originally to be
<br />controlled by baghouses. The actual construction was
<br />completed with Wet Scrubbers in place. Process PM emission
<br />increased from 70.1 tpy to 83.34 tpy, Process PM10 emissions

<br />was cancelled. Increase Rock dust transfer from 10,000 tons
<br />per year to 30,000 tons per year (8 transfers each controlled
<br />by a baghouse).

<br />several emission points in this permit have been reduced from
