PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br />Parcels of land situated in the southwest. 114 of the southeast 114 and Government Lot 8 in <br />Section 28, Township 12 South, Range 99 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Mesa County, <br />Colorado as described in Boundary Agreement recorded in Book 4309, at Page 747 of the Mesa <br />County records. Said Parcel contains 24.92 acres more or less, <br />AND the northwest 114 of the northeast IA of Section 33, Township 12 South, Range 99 West of <br />the Pith Principal Meridian, Mesa.
