C-2009-087, operated by Peabody Sage <br />Creek Mining, LLC (PSCM). Miranda Kawcak with PSCM accompanied the field inspection. Records were <br />checked in the Foidel Creek office. The weather was clear. The mine was not accessible beyond the first shop due <br />to winter conditions. The Sage Creek Mine is currently in Temporary Cessation. Please see October complete <br />inspection for ongoing maintenance items. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> Records were checked at the Foidel Creek Mine office.
