Walker Revocable Trust to Ronald <br /> B. Montano, for the Mary's Mountain Gravel Pit, Permit M-2003-068. <br /> The following items are incomplete for the application to be processed: <br /> 1. The Due Diligence items are not initialed. <br /> 2. Financial Warranty of $32,555.00, due by the new operator. <br /> 3. Demonstration of Legal Right to Enter <br /> 4. Structure Agreements for the adjacent County Road 314, and power poles that are within 200' <br /> of the permit boundary were not provided. <br /> Please provide the above documents by March 31, 2019. All completed permit documents are required <br /> to be submitted for consideration of your Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of <br /> Operators Application. An incomplete application will be denied after the 60 day submittal request, if <br /> requested documents or information are not received.
