Main haul roads were <br />impassable because of winter snow accumulation. The site was inaccessible at the time of inspection. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br />1. Maintenance issues described in the November 2018 inspection were not possible to inspect. <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Main haul roads and access roads were inaccessible due to winter snow accumulation. Records were <br />checked, see notes below. <br /> <br />SIG NS and MAR K ER S – Rule 4.02 <br />o The mine site identification sign observed at the entrance appeared intact, displaying all required <br />information: <br />mine name, operator name, address, phone number, DRMS permit number and contact <br />information. <br /> <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />O Roads into the site were inaccessible due to snow accumulation. <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />None <br />
