It is
important to continue our joint effort to minimize potential damage to our natural
resources. We have received a copy of the proposed permit renewal of Deserado
Mine's existing permit no. C-1981-018, and reviewed the proposed revisions for any
possible impacts to wildlife resources.
After reviewing Deserado Mine's proposal we feet that no additional disturbance is
being proposed at this time. Therefore, we have concluded that there should be no
adverse effects to wildlife species in this area.
CPW appreciates the opportunity to provide comments for this renewal, and if you
have any further questions please feel free to contact me
Sincerely,
f
Bill de Vergie
Area Wildlife Manager, Meeker
(970)878-6061
P,
ti',i, ; •( , C»,",_Lr H, aJr_""t.' _,'.,.?'.!J,i'✓9 V( 1,1 _ l.. ,. 1-, J.rr"5'a `i,Ur•'3' >
.Y
