RECEIVED
FEB 212019
DMS1pM pf, February 10, 2019
AIMUVG AMDTEON
Dear Elliot Russell, Michael Cunningham, & The DRMS:
This is a response to the letter Atomic Perfection received from the DRMS office dated
January 9, 2019. In your letter you stated that the Notice of Intent from Atomic Perfection that
you received in your office on January 4th, 2019 has been denied_ Atomic Perfection would
like to inform the DRMS that we still intend to start operations on the Henrietta Roy Lode (File
P-2019-001) with an approved Notice of Intent from your office. Atomic Perfection states this
decision contrary to your denial for the following reasons. As per common historical approach
for such an operation Atomic Perfection acknowledges that obtaining an approved Notice of
Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations always precedes the approach to obtaining a
Reclamation Permit as you are attempting to induce. Atomic Perfection would like to clarify
that upon our proposed classification of technical mineral exploration by means of
Prospecting is truly a synchronized initial step necessary before any Mining can commence.
One should know that with such proposed activity legitimate Prospecting must take place in
order to establish locations of mineral lodes and veins before more intensive Mining takes
place. The act of mining can not commence until prospecting and exploration of deposits are
established& located. Atomic Perfection believes that the proposed N.O.I. that your office has
recently denied is not whatsoever outside nor contrary to definition or description of
Prospecting for such an operation. Since Atomic Perfection has previously been approved
from a virtually parallel N.O.L and there has been no changes in the law; we are confused as
to why yourself& the office is denying the submitted N.O.I. for the Henrietta Roy.
Atomic Perfection furthermore requests that your office describe the reason(s)you classify
the proposed Henrietta Roy operation as mining rather than prospecting". In your
explanation please clarify the criteria and technical reasons based for your decision stated
denial of the N.O.I. Thus, in order for Atomic Perfection to have a accurate understanding of
your decision and for potential modifications to the operation proposal or others in the future.
Atomic Perfection appreciates your honest and forthright explanations to our requests.
Additionally we request that you and the office allow a second review for approval of the
current N.O.1 for the Henrietta Roy Claim_ We additionally request this based on the logical
and verified points Atomic Perfection has stated_ Thank you for your time and looking forward
to working together with your office as always.
Sincerely,
Atomic Perfection -
Mike Wild
atomicge s@yahoo.c
