Consideration of 110(1) Hard Rock Reclamation Permit Application

Please be advised that on February 21, 2019, Astroid explorations llc, whose address and telephone number
are 11268 Canary Lane , Parker, CO 80138; [phone], filed an application to conduct a(n) Other
mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 4, Township 46N, Range 14W, 10th Principle Meridian,
in Montrose County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Pastureland post-mining land use. The
application decision date is scheduled for March 22, 2019.

A copy of the application is available for review at the Montrose County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
