The DRMS has no objection process for NOI applications. However, as we received a timely comment from you, you have an opportunity to appeal a decision made by the DRMS if we receive a Notice of Appeal within five business days of our decision (pursuant to Rule 5.1.3(d)(II)). This letter serves as your notification of our decision (pursuant to Rule 5.1.3(d)(I)). Please know any appeal must be received in writing. An attachment to an email is acceptable, but emails themselves are not considered written appeals. Written letters of appeal must be received by February 20, 2019.
