However, as we received a timely comment from you, <br />you have an opportunity to appeal a decision made by the DRMS if we receive a Notice of Appeal within five <br />business days of our decision (pursuant to Rule 5.1.3(d)(II)). This letter serves as your notification of our decision <br />(pursuant to Rule 5.1.3(d)(I)). Please know any appeal must be received in writing. An attachment to an email is <br />acceptable, but emails themselves are not considered written appeals.
