Operator holds a 110(2) permit for a 9.9-acre gold mining and tourist
mine operation located in Section 20, Township 9 North, Range 79 West, 6th
Principal Meridian in Lake County, Colorado, permit number M-2013-026. The
mine is located on both federal and private land and consists of two shafts, the
Hopemore Shaft and the Hunter Shaft.
