The Division has reviewed the application and found it to be <br /> incomplete for the purposes of considering the application"filed". The Division sent you a letter to this <br /> effect on November 28, 2018. This letter also identified the items that needed to be addressed in order for <br /> the Division to deem the application complete and filed to begin the review process. These item remain <br /> outstanding. Per our telephone conversation today, you requested an extension of time to submit the <br /> materials needed for the Division to deem the application complete. The Division approves this request <br /> and has extended the deadline to submit the required materials to February 15, 2019. <br /> Given this, all the documents needed to deem the application complete must be submitted by February 15, <br /> 2019.
