This report is based upond review
of the digital images.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05
Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;
Diversions 4.05.4 Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18:
The site is snow covered. All reclaimed ponds are snow covered. No standing water or ice covered ponds
were noted indicating that none of the remaining ponds held water under the snow cover.

No images were collected of the loadout area.

GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
The mine site is snow covered. Some east facing slopes at the east mine are free of snow, but the majority
of the East, West, and ROM areas all are snow covered. Shrubs are visible protruding through the snow cover.
No activity appears to be occurring. All appears quiet.

ROADS – Rule 4.03), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and
(6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7):
The access road at the east mine is not plowed. BRI only plows the road if access is needed. This helps
keep the road from rutting and minimizes sediment transport. Access can be made on foot or snow machine if
necessary. The county road to the West mine is not plowed. This road is not BRI’s responsibility.

SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12:
There is no evidence of recent mass movement or rill formation. The snow cover should help keep the
slopes frozen and stable.
