The fee ownership of the mineral rights as well as ' <br /> the surface rights, appear to be in the name of Galloping Goose _ <br /> Properties, LLC.. <br /> We also checked the National Forest to the East of Government Lot <br /> 5 in 30-13-69 for any mining claims . The only mining claims in the <br /> section are the WINNIE, Survey No. 13813 and the MILDRED, GOLDEN <br /> CHARIOT and CARRIE, Survey No. 15383 and these claims are in the l� <br /> Easterly portion of said section.
