EXHIBIT L RECLAMATION COSTS The following information is presented based on the Bond evalua- tions preformed by the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety on September 14, 2018 Circes Reclamation Cost estimate . The current bond amount is $110, 860 . 00 which is current enough that wit should be used to set the bond for the amendment since only the permit area is being increased. The bond is based on having no more then 30 acres needing resoiling and seeding and 3300 feet of cut/fill bank sloping, based on 3h to lv. This flatter slope rate requires more mate- rial then the 2h to lv proposed but provides a cushion as bond unit costs rise . The following information based on the layout of the CIRCES COST SUMMARY FORM the Division provided in September 2018 . The numbers and sequencing were left in the order presented for ease of following this estimate . At this mine it is not necessary to import fill material to complete reclamation on the site . The methodology for the reclamation did not change from the 2001 amendment .
