6.3.4 Exhibit D — Reclamation Plan <br /> (a.)There is no overburden to remove.We are removing washed in sand from the creek. So there <br /> Will be no need in placing any overburden. <br /> (b.)Since there will be no overburden removed.There will be no excavation to get to the sand. We will <br /> Not be needing to slope anything since the sand is at surface and a natural slope will be there. In <br /> Mother nature will fill the area back with sand. <br /> (c.) No top soil is being stripped, nor no overburden disturbed at location. Removal of the sand is <br /> Contained at the area of the creek.There for no seeding will be necessary. <br /> (d.)The creek will still be there,we are not changing any thing with the creek.We are not changing <br /> The route of the creek.All slopes will be left natural, no straight up and down. <br /> (e.)There will be no waste rock, no underground mine openings,ditches and no buildings. <br /> There for there will be no need in the reclamation plan to have this items addressed. <br /> 2. <br /> (a.)There is no overburden to place back in mining area.There is no top soil to place. <br /> There is no seeding to be done.
