No overburden
(d.)The deposit thickness varies of thickness most does not exceed 6 ft.
(e.)There is no major components of the mining operations such as office, shop, buildings.
Haul road is an existing road the owner uses to check on his livestock.
(f.)There should be no major disturbances to the land.We are removing the sand from the creek.
(g.)The existing roads are 15 feet wide and they will be used for truck traffic. No improvements
Are necessary. There will be runoff from area.
(h.) No water is need for this operation.
(i)No.ground water will be incurred.Surface water will flow through the pit area. This is expected.
Mining operation will try to be conducted in off flood season. But if it conducted during the
Summer months, the mining operation will leave the creek smooth at end of operations. So
There is only clean deposit of sand left in areas mined. No sediment or chemical will be
In countered.
0.)Will comply with state water laws and regulation governing existing water rights. We will
Not be impending any water or damming and water.
(k.) NO refuse or toxic producing materials will be exposed.
(I.)There will be hardly any if it all any disturbance to the hydrologic balance, prevent off-site
damage by not disturbing the natural water flow. By leaving a little sand on the bottom
of the creek bed, this will keep the natural sand protecting the clay bottom creek.
(m.)There will be no processing on site.
