KNOW ALL;' MEN -BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned grantor, for a good
and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, here-
.by grants to ARKANSAS VALLEY G. & T., INC., a cooperative corp6ration, its .
,successors and assigns, the right, privilege and easement to construct, re-
pair, replace, operate and maintain its lines for the transmission of elec-
trical energy including the necessary steel towers, poles, wires, guys, stubs
and other fixtures, over, under, across and upon the following tract of land
now owned by the undersigned in the County of Crowley State of
Colorado:
In the thik of the'NE41 of Section 24., T. 22 S., R. 58 W.,- 6th 11.14., being a strip
of land 100 feet An width the centerline of which Is described as follovos:
,Beginning at a point on the west line of said NWT of the NEi, said point being
309 feet south of the fix' corner of said Section 24;
1) Thence S 670 24f E a distance of 166.9 feet;
2) Thence N 89* 391 E a distance of 1130.4 feet, more or less,
to the east line of said tM41 of the NE-1, said point oeing .369.0
feet south of the NE corner of said 14WL of the NE,

TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress over and across the lands of
the. grantor• to and from the above-described property, the right to clear
and keep cleared all trees and other obstructions as may be necessary and
the right to permit other utility companies to use the right of way jointly
with grantee for their utility purposes.
The Grantor reserves the right to occupy, use and cultivate said prop-
erty for all purposes not inconsistent with the rights herein granted.
