The <br />bond release application was found complete by this Division on February 5, 2019. The 305.7 <br />acres comprise 32.7 acres within the Strip Pit falling under Pre Law stipulations. 273 acres fall <br />under the promulgated coal roals. The submission includes Map 1 illustrating the area requested <br />for release wtr to the permit boundary and, Map 2, illustrating the postmining topography and <br />permanent features. The surface ownership is federal, state and private, and the coal mined was <br />federal, state and private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
