Mr. Ranney collected <br />aerial digital images on 1/29/2019. Janet Binns evaluated the images for this report on 2/1/2019. <br />The site is snow covered and it appears that the weather was cloudy during the inspection. The mine is an <br />underground mine, currently in temporary cessation. No mining activites are currently occurring. On site <br />activities is mostly limited to maintenace, monitoring, and limited removal of equipment. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Pond F is ice and snow covered. Animal tracks can been seen crossing the ice on Pond F. Pond C and D <br />are ice and snow covered. Pond J is snow covered. Pond B is snow covered and does not appear to contain a pool <br />of water or ice. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> No problems or concerns were identified through evaluation of the digital aerial images. <br /> <br />PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES – Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br /> No coal is currently being mined, so no coal is being washed at the wash plant, and no coal refuse is being <br />added to any of the Gob piles. There has been no evidence of recent activity on any of the Gob piles. All Gob <br />piles are snow covered and idle.
