L.G. EVERIST, INC. FIRESTONE GRAVEL RESOURCE
M-1996-052 Revised: January 25, 2019
RECLAMATION COST REVISION
The following information is provided to reevaluate the
current bond and is based on the layout of the 2010 CIRCES COST
SUMMARY FORM the Division provided during the last amendment
permitting process. The numbers and sequencing were left in the
order presented in 2010 for ease of following this estimate. The
numbers presented in each item are updated where needed. At this
mine it is not necessary to import fill material to complete
reclamation on the site. The methodology for the reclamation did
not change only the areas of work were increased to reach a
maximum disturbance that is the most expensive area to reclaim.
Map Exhibit C-i Mining Plan Map(revised 1/2019) shows how the
mine would look at the time presented in this estimate. The
change made to the information previously provided includes,
increasing the total disturbance area; the length of working
face: and the amount of area needing reclamation. The QA/QC
number directly reflects the costs L.G. Everist has paid on 3
recent slope construction projects done by an outside construc-
tion company. The superintendent time is based on those projects
also. Typically the superintendents we have worked with are at a
site for 2 hours a day and their lead equipment operator then
provides supervision the rest of the day. We used the same
equipment chosen in the 2010 estimate.
The equipment used in the estimate is.
Scraper teams - 2-Cat 627G scraper, D9R Dozer, 104H grader &
water truck - Resoiling
Grader - Cat 140H - seedbed prep and ripping plant sites
2-Dozers - Cat D9R - liner construction
Dewatering Pump data 1-600M (6000 gpm) , 15" , 12"suction & dis-
charge hoses
