RE: Technical Revision Request for Firestone Gravel Resource, M-1996-052 <br /> Includes changes to Mining Plan, Reclamation Plan, and Reclamation Bond <br /> Acreage Corrections and Changes Table- Following is a summary of the acreage corrections and changes that <br /> includes the corrected 2010 permitted acreage, the October-2018 acreage release (27.98 acres), the addition of <br /> the corrected acreage (4.07 acres) and the requested addition of the small surrounded area (2.09 acres). As <br /> explained above, the corrections still result in a net decrease from the 2010 amended permit acreage total. <br /> (Incorrect) Permit acreage from 2010 Amendment + 366.41 Acres <br /> Acreage correction + 0.29 Acres <br /> Corrected Permit acreage from 2010 Amendment = 366.70 Acres <br /> Acreage Release Request from Oct-2018 - 27.98 Acres <br /> (Incorrect)Acreage Reduction Approval from Oct-2018 was 338.43 <br /> acres because the total acreage started with was 366.41 acres. <br /> Corrected Permit acreage from Acreage Reduction = 338.72 Acres <br /> Variance discovered between permit and parcel borders <br /> Acreage Correction -add back in the released acres that were not in + 4.07 Acres <br /> permit(so couldn't be released in the first place) <br /> Corrected Revised Permit Acreage Total—as shown on the Mining Plan = 342.79 Acres <br /> and Reclamation Plan maps and timetables included in this TR <br /> Request to add in small surrounded area now owned by L.G.
