<br /> <br /> <br />Blue Mountain Energy, Inc has submitted an application for successive renewal of a valid, <br />existing permit to conduct underground mining and reclamation activities in Colorado pursuant of <br />C.R.S 34-33-101, et seq. <br /> <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in the Rio Blanco Herald-Times that this permit renewal <br />application has been deemed complete. At the time of publication of this notice, the applicant is <br />additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Town Clerk, 209 East Main, <br />Rangely, CO 81648, and at the Division office.
