As reported on December 20, 2018, CC&V collected fourth quarter compliance groundwater samples
from monitoring wells GVMW-8A, PGMW-3, and SGMW-6B for analysis on December 3, 2018.
CC&V received the lab report for these analysis on December 18, 2018, and upon review, determined that
GVMW-8A exceeded established numeric protection limits for Copper, and PGMW-3 exceeded
established numberic protection limits for cadmium, copper, fluoride, manganese, nitrate as N, nitrite as
N, pH, sulfate and zinc, and SGMW-6B exceeded established numeric protection limits for fluoride,
manganese, and sulfate. Table 2 below lists the exceedances for the monitoring locations and the
associated parameters.

As reported on January 14, 2019, CC&V collected fourth quarter compliance groundwater samples from
monitoring well CRMW-3B on December 17, 2018, and received the lab report for these analyses on
January 9, 2018. Upon review of the data, CC&V determined that CRMW-3B exceeded established
numeric protection limits for fluoride. Table 3 below lists the exceedance for the monitoring location and
the associated parameter.
