(PAO) has received the Division's Adequacy Review No. 2 <br /> comments letter dated January 17, 2019. Below are the comments and the corresponding <br /> responses that have been provided to address the comments. <br /> Exhibit E — Reclamation Plan (Rule 6.4.5): <br /> 1) The operator's response to item no. 21 states the post-mining land use for Parcel B will be <br /> agricultural. Will the reclamation seed mixture provided in Exhibit E also be used for Parcel <br /> B? If not, please provide the seed mixture that will be used for this parcel. <br /> Response: Yes, the reclamation seed mixture provided in Exhibit E will be used <br /> for Parcel B. <br /> 2) The operator's response to item no. 22 states the topsoil for reclamation of Parcel B has <br /> been stockpiled in a berm along the east edge of the parcel as a screening berm and buffer <br /> from the adjacent property to the east. Please include this topsoil stockpile on the Exhibit C <br /> — Mining Plan Map and the Exhibit L— Reclamation Phasing Map. <br /> Response: The berm along the east edge of Parcel B has been shown on the <br /> revised Exhibit C — Pre-Mining/Mining Plan Map and the Revised Exhibit L — <br /> Reclamation Phasing Map. See the attached revised Exhibit C-1 — Pre- <br /> Mining/Mining Plan Map, and attached revised Exhibit L — Reclamation Phasing <br /> Map. <br /> Exhibit G —Water Information (Rule 6.4.7): <br /> 3) The operator's response to item no. 32 provided more details on the groundwater <br /> monitoring plan, but did not specify the sampling points as requested. In the initial <br /> application submittal, the operator provided a Monitoring Well Location Map which shows <br /> six wells located on the property, including: GP MW-1, GP MW-P2, GP MW-3, GP MW- <br /> P2X2, GP MW-X1, and GP MW-X4. Are monthly water level measurements taken from all <br /> six wells?
