The report covers the period from January through March
2018. The Discharge Monitoring Report was received by the Division on 24 May 2018. Trapper
submits the DMRs to the Division quarterly in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii).

Trapper reported that outfalls 001, 002, 011 and, 020 discharged routinely for the quarter.

Trapper reported that no primary effluent limitations were exceeded.

All outfalls have been properly maintained and no ponds exceeded the 60% threshold for sediment
accumulation.

The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please contact me.

Sincerely,

Robin Reilley, M.S. GISP
Environmental Protection Specialist
