The report covers the period from October through
December 2017. The Discharge Monitoring Report was received by the Division on 8 February
2018. Trapper submits the DMRs to the Division quarterly in accordance with Rule
4.05.13(2)(a)(iii).

Trapper reported that outfalls 001, 002, 011 and, 020 discharged routinely for the quarter. Outfall
020 discharged in response to heavy rainfall events occurring in early October. An exceedance of
flow limits also occurred at outfall 020 during this period.

Trapper reported that primary effluent limitations were exceeded at two outfalls during the quarter
in direct response or precipitation events. 3 October samples showed exceedances of TSS and
total iron at outfall 020 due to runoff resulting from multiple days of rain beginning 28 September
ad lasting through the weekend. The alternate limitation for settleable solids applicable in heavy
precipitation events were met at all outfalls.

All outfalls have been properly maintained and no ponds exceeded the 60% threshold for sediment
accumulation.
