The project area is land located outside of the Corps, Omaha District's civil <br /> works boundary; therefore, we cannot provide specific comments on impacts to Corps owned or operated <br /> lands or environmental-based comments on the project. For these type of comments you will need to <br /> contact our Albuquerque District as they have civil works jurisdiction over this area.
