Please note the first pond <br />inspection table did not reflect the text that the B -Seam Dewatering system <br />discharged during the 4111 quarter in the check box. <br />2.05.6(6) -- The report documented that no longwall mining occurred under Count Road <br />65 during the 4th quarter of 2018. Superficial cracking was observed during the 4" <br />quarter, no significant damage to the road had occurred and did not require repairs or <br />effect traffic. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the Sediment Pond Inspection Report and the <br />County Road 65 Subsidence Monitoring Report for the 4th Quarter of 2018.
